Agreement is between the United States, Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Soviet Union, and bears the printed signatures of Dean Rusk and John F. Kennedy, and is signed by Israeli Prime Ministers David Ben-Gurion, Golda Meir, Levi Eshkol and one other unidentified person. In fine condition, with a First Day of issue stamp at bottom and postmarked October 24, 1967. R&R COA.
