Cartier,” one page, 8.5 x 7.5, December 24, 1935. A document acknowledging the transfer of 100 shares of stock in the Irving Trust Company. Accompanied by the original stock certificate issued to Cartier (but not signed by him). In fine condition, with staple holes, horizontal crease, punch cancellations to both documents, and small pencil mark through signature. R&R COA.
