Ink signatures of all nine members of the Hughes Court on an off-white 4 x 9 vellum slip. Signers are: Charles E. Hughes, Willis Van Devanter, Louis Brandeis, J. C. McReynolds, George Sutherland, Pierce Butler, Harlan F. Stone, Owen J. Roberts and Benjamin Cardozo. In fine condition, with a light bisecting horizontal fold, not affecting any signatures and Butler’s signature a shade lighter than the others. R&R COA.
