Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Adams and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Lightly trimmed edges, expected folds, light toning with a heavier area of toning to middle, handwritten portions of document light, but legible and a largely unaffected signature, otherwise very good condition.
