Israeli military and political leader who died in 1981. ALS in his native language, signed “Moshe,” one page, 5.5 x 3.5, September 3, 1963. Postcard addressed in Dayan’s hand to the “Ministry of Agriculture ‘C’ Street , Hakiryah in Tel Aviv Israel. Letter reads in full, “To the Ministry (To All the People!) Greetings. We have started with the third country - Central Africa. Yesterday evening we also met with Asher Golan and his people, and they gave the impression that the work here is going well. All in all, they are working us like donkeys and we (like donkeys) listen to them. Best regards to Neora. It is very good (for me) that Naaman is here.” Dayan was serving at Minister of Agriculture at this time. Postcard features a black and white photo of an African Tribeswoman and has an uncanceled 50 franc stamp of Central African Republic. In fine condition. R&R COA.
