Description

Scarce signed relic from the most notorious member of the “vast Republican conspiracy” against Bill Clinton

Widely reviled lawyer, former judge, and head of the Office of Independent Counsel which investigated the Clinton administration. His controversial findings relating to the Monica Lewinsky affair led to the impeachment of Clinton in 1998, only the second such instance in American history. Original identification badge, 4 x 2.75, signed “Ken Starr” in black felt tip, issued to a staff member of the House Judiciary Committee on the day Judge Kenneth W. Starr testified in the impeachment inquiry of President Bill Clinton, November 19, 1998. Judge Starr personally signed this badge for Congressman James E. Rogan, who helped lead the impeachment and trial of President Clinton. In fine condition. R&R COA.
