Partially printed DS, filled out in another hand and signed, “Wil: Livingston,” one page, 11.75 x 8, Burlington, New Jersey, February 12, 1779. Livingston, as Governor, approves the execution of the last will and testament of Daniel Sweezy. In part: “the Administration of all and singular the Goods, Rights, and Credits of the said Deceased, and his Last Will and Testament in any Manner of Way concerning was granted unto Joseph Sweezy and James Dandy, Executors in the said Testament named, chiefly of well and truly performing the said Will.” In very good condition, with folds, light siling and toning, and scattered mild staining to edges, none of the above affecting the clear, bold signature.
