Mifflin,” one page, 21 x 11, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania letterhead, March 31, 1769. Governor Mifflin grants Joseph Hemphill a 101 acre tract of land called Hopewell signed on the left side “Tho. Mifflin,” under the official seal. Impressively gilt and cloth matted and framed with a color portrait of Mifflin and a small name plaque, to an overall size of 37 x 22.
