Agreement between Argosy Pictures Corporation and John Wayne for his performance in She Wore A Yellow Ribbon (Wayne is arguably best remembered for his roles in the John Ford cavalry trilogy, Fort Apache (1948), She Wore a Yellow Ribbon (1949) and Rio Grande (1950). The agreement details information regarding salary, costume, dubbing, credits, additional services to be rendered in conjunction with marketing the film, etc. Boldly signed in fountain pen on page 12 by Wayne. In fine condition, with usual punch holes to top border, latter portion of signature a shade lighter than rest, rusted staple to upper left. PSA/DNA COA and R&R COA.
