Ink signature, “C.G. Jung” in the blank area at the bottom of a block of U.S. 2-cent stamps, 4.75 x 4.5, featuring Dr. Crawford W. Long, American surgeon and pioneer anesthetist who was among the first (1842) to use ether as an anesthetic.
