The sitters are: Lincoln cabinet members Edwin Stanton, Gideon Welles, and Salmon P. Chase, editor and publisher Horace Greeley, and New York Times founder H. J. Raymond (who has signed in pencil below the image). In fine condition, with light soiling and toning. R&R COA.
