Dutra, Al Espinosa, Abe Espinosa, Ed Furgol, Ralph Blomquist, George Fazio, Ellsworth Vines, Skip Alexander, Lloyd Mangrum (2), Johnny Palmer, Harold L. McSpaden, Clarence Clark, Lew Waldron, James D. Fogerty, Harold S. Longran, Tom McHugh, Babe McHugh, Ed Porky Olive (2), George Schneiter. These signatures were obtained in Salt Lake City, between the 1920s and 1950s, and all are inscribed.
