Mr. and Mrs. Eisenhower at Orly Field in Paris in 1951

Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 full-length photo of Mr. and Mrs. Eisenhower on the tarmac before the Columbine, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “For John Kucharchuk, with best wishes, Dwight D. Eisenhower.” In very good condition, with inscripton and signature very light, but largely legible against background. General Dwight Eisenhower flew the Columbine 1 when he was Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in Europe. The Columbine was named after the state flower of Mamie Eisenhower's adopted home state of Colorado. R&R COA.
