In part: “My dear Gray, I have your letter with the enclosure, and thank you very much for writing me and for your cordial words of congratulations and good wishes, as also for your efforts in the campaign.” Loosely matted with a book portrait of Taft to an overall size of 11 x 14. In very good condition, with a fold through the first crease of the signature, a bit of haloing to the signature and scattered light creasing. R&R COA.
