Albert Einstein transfers his “sixty shares of Capital Stock of the May Department Stores standing in my name on the books of said Co. represented by Certificate No. CO857.” Neatly signed at the bottom in black ink by Einstein. Transfer document is accompanied by Einstein’s stock certificate for 60 shares of the May Department Stores Company.
