Lot of two items includes: a sweet linen portrait of Hepburn, 8 x 10, a promotional photo for Alice Adams, signed in black ink; and, her response to a fan regarding the photo, who sent her a photocopy and asked if it was her genuine signature. Her response is included in this lot, is on her personal stationery, dated August 21, 1984, and reads, in full, “Dear Richard Strand, Look fairly real.” In very good condition, with some edge wear to the top and bottom of the photo, with a couple of tiny separations, a faint paper clip impression to the top border of the letter.
