Official game-used baseball signed in ink on a side panel, “Detroit 7, Wash. 3, May 20 - 1925, Ty Cobb.” Cobb was a pitcher and manager for the Tigers in 1925. There are also faint traces of writing and another unknown signature on two other side panels. Accompanied by a rough print out of the game’s box score, which shows Cobb going 1 - 4, with a triple. In very good condition, with expected wear and soiling from game use, scattered surface wear resulting in some lighter areas and a couple strokes of Cobb’s last name, light but legible.
