Boldly signed at the conclusion in black ink “Andrew Johnson” and countersigned by his Secretary of War John M. Schofield, who during the Civil War was a Union general who was army commander in Sherman’s Atlanta campaign. In fine condition, with moderate folds, some scattered light toning and soiling, a bit heavier along the bottom and a few pencil notations along bottom as well.
