Lot of two items includes: a vintage matte-finish 10 x 8 photograph of Mrs. Eisenhower seated beside a stone dedicated to her husband, signed “Mamie Doud Eisenhower”; and, a TLS on White House stationery, dated October 22, 1941 signed “Eleanor Roosevelt,” which reads, in part: “Thank you so much for your letter. I have read the copy of the letter you enclosed and was very much interested in it.” In overall very good condition, with a few creases, trivial soiling, and a few small separations to the bottom border of the photo, edge toning to the letter.
