Hand addressed envelope panel, 4.75 x 3, addressed by Wellington in his difficult to decipher hand to “Hnble H. Moretin, Lasborough,” signed in the lower left “Wellington” and dated along the top “London, November twenty,” with a postmark of 1829. Matted with a portrait of Wellington, to an overall size of 11 x 16. In fine condition, with some scattered light toning and light remnants of another stamp, not affecting signature. R&R COA.
