Check, 8.25 x 3, on the Green Bay Packers, Inc. account, filled out in another hand and signed “Vincent Lombardi,” payable to Carol J. Daniels for $21.41, April 18, 1959. Double matted and framed with a color photo of Lombardi being carried off the field, to an overall size of 15.5 x 20.5. In fine condition, with usual cancellation holes and stamps and a bank label affixed to lower left, with a clean signature area. R&R COA.
