Filmmaker, producer and creator of The Muppets, and arguably the most important puppeteer in modern history. He died at the age of 53 after a brief illness. DS, ten pages, 8.5 x 11, September 15, 1971. This document is an agreement between Henson Associates, Inc. and Jerry Juhl, a writer for the Muppets Alphabet Album. In part: “...Composers..have written and composed individual original musical compositions and Juhl has written nonmusical materials for a recording produced and distributed by CBS Records entitled Muppets Alphabet Album.” Contract covers royalties, a list of compositions and nonmusical material. Great content and very rare. Boldly signed “Jim Henson” twice in black ink on page five. In fine condition, with staples to top border, a couple of chips to top border, a few mild creases. R&R COA.
