TLS as president signed “Ronald,” one page, 7 x 9, White House letterhead, September 12, 1986. Letter to Sam and Bertha Sisco. In part, “Both of your letters were awaiting me when I returned from the ranch. So, don’t worry about the trouble with the mails…I will be glad to send Gene and Vi an inscribed folder of photos from the Liberty weekend. Nancy and I are always delighted with whatever you send at Christmas…but you know it’s not necessary to do this.” In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope. R&R COA.
