Potter, the director, and Miss Myrna Loy and Mr. Melvyn Douglas…the term of your employment shall be deemed to have been extended for a period of fine days…we shall not be obligated to pay you any fixed compensation therefore…you shall render your services for us in connection with the making of stills for such reasonable time or times as may be required…” Signed in fountain pen at the bottom left by Grant and also signed by an RKO representative. In very good condition, with expected age and handling wear, file holes to top border, a bit of edge wear and creasing to the margins and a small area of paper loss to the upper right, likely from a removed staple, a few unobtrusive office notations.
