I got news that he was saying dumb things about the hospital outside, to the effect that patients were not getting proper care…In January, he came and demanded to go home at once. I spoke amicably with him and told him he should think it over calmly. But after two weeks, he came back…and demanded that his plane ticket be arranged for at once. Which was done. He went away without saying goodbye. I had the impression that he had paranoid delusions. His personality was completely changed.
