Signed in black ink under the paper seal by Mifflin. Matted and framed to an overall size of 24.5 x 15.75. In good condition, with heavy document folds, minor paper loss along vertical folds, worn paper seal, Mifflin’s signature light, but legible and scattered soiling. R&R COA. Oversized.
