Ink signature, “George Washington,” on an off-white 2.25 x .5 slip, clipped from a larger document from March 22, 1769, with “thereof 85. 30. E 12,” underneath, also in Washington’s hand. Impressively double suede matted and framed with a large color portrait of Washington, to an overall size of 19.5 x 27.
