Signed at the bottom in black ink by Adams and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. In very good condition, with heavy folds, areas of heavy toning to vertical edges, clipped lower right corner, and a few spots, with none of the flaws affecting the signature; the seal is intact but slightly worn.
