Matted and framed under Plexiglas, with a portrait of Jefferson, a portrait of Madison and three small plaques, to an overall size of 26.25 x 25. In very good condition, trimmed somewhat in size, with scattered mild soiling and toning, worn and stained but intact seal, light wrinkling, several horizontal and vertical folds and portions of handwritten text light, but legible.
