Letter reads, in part, “Law, Order and for Justice, for honesty and good sense in making and enforcing the laws and for the kind of constructive social and industrial program which can alone put a stop to the dreadful conditions that have obtained.” Boldly signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Roosevelt. In very good condition, with light toning and wrinkling, several tape repairs, separations along two lower folds and a few small tears, with none of the flaws affecting signature. R&R COA.
