Boldly penned handwritten legal document, signed “Logan & Lincoln,” 8 x 3.5, written by Abraham Lincoln in a case regarding “Trespass on the case upon premises.” Lincoln writes at the bottom “The clerk of the Sangaman circuit court will issue process in the above entitled cause.” Matted and framed with a portrait of Lincoln and his son, to an overall size of 22.5 x 15.
