Ironically died in a fire at a home in Chicago hours after watching her semi-autobiographical film Star Dust in 1965. Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of the beautiful actress, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Merrill, Sincerely, Linda Darnell.” In fine condition, with slight silvering to darker areas and creasing to edges and corners.
