United States Interior Revenue Distillery Warehouse stamp, series 1878, signed by Taft as Collector issued to the distillery house of Gerke and Lippelmann. Double matted and framed with a portrait of Taft and two small plaques, to an overall size of 20.5 x 17. In fine condition, with three cancellation holes, one affecting beginning of signature and two stamps to left side a bit light. R&R COA.
