TLS as president signed “D. E.,” one page, 7 x 7, White House letterhead, June 4, 1955. Letter to a friend. In part, “The use of the small plane for trips to Gettysburg and other nearby places is going to save a lot of wear and tear on my energy and disposition. In November of 1953 I accepted an honorary membership in the National Flying Farmers’ Association, with the request that my acceptance not be made public.” Double matted and framed with a nice portrait of Eisenhower, to an overall size of 12 x 20. In fine condition. R&R COA.
