Macmillian. In full, "Please write to Mr. S. Lees, 23, Fentiman Road, Clapham Road, that Mr. Lewis Carroll has received his letter, but that the books were only offered to those children under 14 on Dec. 26, 1886.” Letter is affixed by its top edge to a half title page from Alice In Wonderland.
