Vintage 7.25 x 12 portion of a menu from Adams House, Boston, signed in fountain pen, 'Harry Handcuff Houdini, Born April 6/1874, Appleton, Wisc.' Also signed ''Me too,' Beatrice Houdini' and 'Edwin Fay Rice.' Edwin Fay Rice had an ongoing correspondence with Houdini. He was a magician, book collector, friend and did research for Houdini. Rice had also been Curator of the Boston Public Library. He wrote articles about magic that were published in "M-U-M," the periodical for the Society of American Magicians, whose motto was "Magic-Unity-Might." In good condition, irregularly trimmed, with chips to each border, scattered creasing, and tears and paper loss, none of which affects Houdini's bold signature.
