DS, two pages, 8.5 x 11, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Radio Attractions letterhead, March 12, 1952. A typed two-page letter-document signed by Flynn and Leslie Peterson, booking agent for MGM. Flynn had previously agreed to record between 8 and 21 programs of 'Modern Adventures of Casanova,' but Flynn had asked for a rearrangement of his schedule because of 'certain litigation' pending in Nassau, Bahamas. Peterson agreed to this with certain conditions and provisos. In fine condition with usual file holes, staple holes to upper left and right corners. Flynn's signature is large and bold. Accompanied by copies of two telegrams regarding the above letter-document: one from Flynn to Peterson; the other from Peterson to Flynn. Flynn's lifestyle had caused a deterioration of his health and his career spiraled downward. Shortly after this letter, a debt-ridden Flynn left Hollywood for Europe where he tried, unsuccessfully, to revive his career. RRAuction COA.
