Lindbergh, August 1953,' adding 'Publication date is September 14th,' at the bottom of the page. Agnes Herrick was the daughter in law of U. S. Ambassador Myron T. Herrick, both of whom greeted Lindbergh at LeBourget after his historic flight, and even bears a Herrick family bookplate affixed to the inside front cover.
