Kaiser of Germany, 1888 - 1918. Forced to abdicate after his country's defeat in WWI, Wilhelm fled to Doorn, Holland, where he lived for the rest of his life. Glossy 9.25 x 11.5 photo of The Cross Of Aiglemont, signed in pencil on the reverse 'Wilhelm, F. R.,' and dated '1930' in his hand. He also adds some notations about the photo.
