Agreement between Cooper and Samuel Goldwyn, Inc. wherein the actor agrees to render his 'exclusive services, solely and exclusively for and as requested by the Producer in such photoplays as the Producer may designate.' Cooper also agrees to not render any 'similar services' without the written consent of the Producer. The agreement also addresses compensation: 'The Producer agrees to compensate the Artist, for the full and complete performance by the Artist at the rate of 5,753.42 per week for each and every week during the term hereof, excepting as herein otherwise provided.' Cooper has signed boldly on the last page in the very clean signature area. Accompanied by an unsigned glossy 8 x 10 portrait of the handsome, smiling actor.
