Agreement is for Brando to work for seven days for the sum of 50,000.00 plus 2.5 percent of the gross film rentals until gross rentals reach five million dollars, then going to 3.5 percent after. Last paragraph states 'It is understood that an acceptance by Mr. Brando to appear in this picture shall be subject to Mr. Richard Burton also agreeing to appear in the picture.'
