Truman responds to a request from Dean Acheson of the Truman Library, concerning Bernard Noble's request to look at some files not yet released to the library. In part, 'I appreciated very highly your letter of the 23rd and, of course, I will be glad to do whatever is necessary with regard to the request of Dr. Bernard Noble...I will do everything I possibly can to help.'
