DS, in Arabic, four pages, 8.5 x 13, May 1980. Impressive four page Iraqi military house and assembly government decree, signed only a few months after Hussein became the sole dictator of Iraq. Document acknowledges 80 Iraqi government military representatives, listing their ranks, dates and military training and school education. Boldly signed on the last page in red ink by Saddam Hussein, with 'Saddam Hussein, Military Government House and Assembly Leader.' In fine condition, with some light edge toning, horizontal fold to lower portions of pages (not affecting signature), staple to top right and small punch holes to right edge. RRAuction COA.
