Christmas card, measuring 7 x 7.5 closed, with a great photo of Elizabeth and George, with their children, waving from the balcony of Buckingham Palace on VE Day, May 8, 1945. Card opens vertically, with a pre-printed sentiment inside and signed at the bottom in fountain pen, 'George R. I.,' and 'Elizabeth R.' In fine condition, with some light toning from display, tape remnants to both vertical edges of photo and more tape on reverse of card. RRAuction COA.
