Legal document concerning the case of Robert Means against Andrew McGuire, in regards of a four hundred pound payment due. Signed in ink, 'Smith, Jr.,' once on the text side and once on the docket side. In good condition, with some light separation along vertical folds, scattered light soiling, toning along folds, and a repairable complete bisecting horizontal separation.
