Madison grants a quarter acre lot to David Francis of Butler County. Nicely triple suede matted and framed with a color portrait of Madison, to an overall size of 34.5 x 18.5. Scattered light toning and soiling, intact but worn seal and heavy document folds, otherwise very good condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from University Archives' John Reznikoff and RRAuction COA. Oversized.
