Signors are: Grover Cleveland (as President), Richard Olney, H[ilary] A. Herbert, J. Sterling Morton, David R. Francis, Daniel S. Laurent, Judson Harmon, J[ohn] G[riffin] Carlisle and William L. Wilson. All cabinet members have added their position. In fine condition, with scattered toning to all pages, not detracting from clear bold signatures. RRAuction COA.
