Four of Edgar Mitchell’s unflown sterling silver STS-2 Robbins medallions, approximately 1.5˝ in diameter, with a raised design on the face featuring the mission insignia for the Space Shuttle Columbia's second flight. The reverse is encircled by the names of the astronauts, "Joe H. Engle" and "Richard H. Truly," and engraved with the launch date of November 12, 1981, and landing date of November 14, 1981. Serial numbered "210," "211," "212," and "214" on the edges, and marked with the Robbins "Sterling" hallmark. Condition is mint state. All include their original matching plastic cases.
Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Karlyn Mitchell, the daughter of Edgar Mitchell.
