It's like Jack used to say of Warren Magnuson – he lifts his little finger on the Senate floor, and Grand Coulee Dam is built! I'm sure you have the same sense of satisfaction every time you look down Pennsylvania Avenue and see what Pat hath wrought. I know Jackie felt the same way."
