Official military document, in part (translated): "Having seen the law of March 11, 1926, no. 559, on the status of officers of the Royal Army, Royal Navy, and Royal Air Force; Having seen the Royal Decree of December 30, 1929, no. 2997; On the proposal of the Head of Government, Prime Minister and Secretary of State, and Secretary of State for War, We have decreed and decree: The following officer cadet Rizzi Alessio is appointed second lieutenant in the engineering corps with seniority from June 16, 1927, in the category of reserve officers. Followed by the name De Vito Giuseppe. Our Minister is tasked with executing this decree, which will be registered with the Court of Auditors."
