Official military document, in part (translated): "Having seen the law of March 11, 1926, no. 559, on the status of officers of the Royal Army, Royal Navy, and Royal Air Force; Having seen the Royal Decree of December 30, 1929, no. 2997; On the proposal of the Head of Government, Prime Minister and Secretary of State, and Secretary of State for War, We have decreed and decree: The following officer cadet Rizzi Alessio is appointed second lieutenant in the engineering corps with seniority from June 16, 1927, in the category of reserve officers.
